General terms of sale
1. Object
The general terms of sale apply to the whole of the commands and are subjected to the conditions enumerated hereafter.
They prevail on any other written stipulation or not, made by the customer. Any command implies the whole acceptance of these
particular conditions of sale except for conditions written by the salesman at the time of the command.
2. EStimate
Any estimate established by the company is valid for a 15 days deadline from its emission.
3. Order
Any command will be taken into account only after reception of integral payment.
4. Price
The prices invoices at the time of the command are those in force in the valid catalogue the prices indicated do not include the expenses of packing and forwarding.
5. Fixed Shipping
include : Packing, Shipping, Insurance and Tracking
6. Accepted means of payment
Credit transfer, Personal Cheque, Paypal (thanks for adding 4 % to cover the expenses)
7. Delivery
By default, all our sendings are carried out in “Colissimo Suivi 48H with value declared and ensured.
After validation of the command, the average time of delivery is 4 days and the limiting time is 15 days.
During forwarding, the number of follow-up of your command will be provided to you by e-mail or SMS.
The company could not be held responsible for the delays related to the conveyor.
8. Reception
With reception you have one week to issue reserves on the received article.
In the event of non recept under 15 days, we will launch an administrative approach near the conveyor (Time 21 days)
The return will be able to relate to only the products not having any deterioration and arriving in their packing of origin.
The expenses and risks of transport are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Guarantee
All our articles are guaranteed against any defects hidden during six months starting from the date of purchase (except accessories).
If the article proved to be defective or unusable during this period, it would be repaired or replaced.
This one could not be solicited in the event of:
Attempt at repair/modification of the article by a person nonaffiliated to our company.
Abnormal use of the article, bad maintenance, negligences (falls,…), fair wear and tear (Teflon,…),…
10. Reserve property
The company expressly reserves the property of the goods delivered until the integral payment of their price.
In the absence of integral payment, the company will be in right to require the immediate restitution of the delivered hardware.
The expenses which could be committed for this restitution will remain with the load of the customer.
